Terms of Use

1. The Service

Track Money helps you record and review personal financial information such as expenses, income, budgets, savings goals, lending records, and related insights. The website provides product information, download links, and legal documents. There is no web-based login for managing finances on the marketing site.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements that apply to you. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must promptly secure your account if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email verification before full access to finance features.

If Google sign-in is available, your use of Google authentication is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Upload malicious code or abuse APIs, rate limits, or email verification flows
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to store data you do not have the right to process

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the financial and personal data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you—including generating AI insights when you use those features.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information you store, including contact details imported from your device.

6. Not financial advice

Track Money provides tracking tools and informational insights. It is not a bank, licensed advisor, tax professional, or investment service. AI summaries and recommendations are automated suggestions based on your data and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always use your own judgment for financial decisions.

7. App stores

Downloads through Google Play or the Apple App Store are also subject to the applicable store’s terms. Those stores are not parties to these Terms between you and Track Money, except where their rules require otherwise.

8. Availability & changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and some capabilities (such as Google sign-in) may be enabled or disabled by configuration. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Upon deletion, we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACK MONEY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
